Um deles \u00e9 conhecido como <strong>CFR ou C&amp;F (Cost and Freight)<\/strong>, um incoterm exclusivo do transporte mar\u00edtimo que estabelece uma s\u00e9rie de obriga\u00e7\u00f5es para as partes envolvidas relativamente ao transporte e \u00e0 mercadoria. Esta responsabiliza\u00e7\u00e3o incute, tamb\u00e9m garantias ao comprador e ao vendedor.<\/p><h2 style=\"text-align: justify;\">Obriga\u00e7\u00f5es do Incoterm CFR<\/h2><h3 style=\"text-align: justify;\">Obriga\u00e7\u00f5es do vendedor<\/h3><p>O <strong>Incoterm CFR<\/strong> estabelece obriga\u00e7\u00f5es e direitos numa compra e numa venda que implique <strong>frete e custo internacional de mercadorias<\/strong>. Em caso do <strong>vendedor<\/strong>, seriam as seguintes:<\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.moldtrans.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/05\/Incoterm-CFR-moldtrans-scaled.jpg\" alt=\"Incoterm CFR\" width=\"2560\" height=\"1707\" \/><\/p><ul style=\"text-align: justify;\"><li><p>seguir as indica\u00e7\u00f5es do contrato de compra e venda aquando da <strong>prepara\u00e7\u00e3o<\/strong> da mercadoria. Quer dizer, o vendedor deve <strong>embalar adequadamente<\/strong> a mercadoria com toda a documenta\u00e7\u00e3o e etiquetagem necess\u00e1ria ao transporte.<\/p><\/li><li><p><strong>preparar toda e qualquer documenta\u00e7\u00e3o<\/strong> de compra e venda: packing lists, faturas, etc. Se o comprador necessitar de outra informa\u00e7\u00e3o relacionada com a mercadoria ou a alf\u00e2ndega, deve haver sintonia nessa gest\u00e3o.<\/p><\/li><li><p>providenciar ao vendedor o <strong>Bill of Landing<\/strong>: este documento permitir\u00e1 reclamar pela mercadoria, quer perante o transportador, no destino ou perante a companhia de navega\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/p><\/li><li>avisar o comprador de que a mercadoria foi entregue ao transportador. Deve tamb\u00e9m notific\u00e1-lo na chegada ao porto de destino;<\/li><li>se necess\u00e1rio, realizar o <strong>despacho de exporta\u00e7\u00e3o<\/strong>, bem como qualquer outra opera\u00e7\u00e3o necess\u00e1ria \u00e0 sua exporta\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/li><\/ul><h3>\u00a0Obriga\u00e7\u00f5es do comprador\u00a0<\/h3><p>O <strong>CFR<\/strong> tamb\u00e9m estabelece uma s\u00e9rie de obriga\u00e7\u00f5es ao comprador. Estas s\u00e3o as mais significativas:<\/p><ul style=\"text-align: justify;\"><li>assumir os <strong>custos da mercadoria<\/strong>. No contrato de compra e venda, deve ser estabelecido e decomposto cada custo, com a totalidade a ser evidenciada;<\/li><li>gerir a rece\u00e7\u00e3o da mercadoria no porto de destino acordado com o vendedor.
